Lukas Kochansky is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, native to the greater Philadelphia area, who spreads the joy and energy of music with every performance, record, or jam. As a soulful and intricate guitarist, classically trained vocalist, and versatile bassist, his music combines a variety of different styles, including rock, soul, folk, funk, and jazz. When performing solo, Lukas loops a variety of different instruments and sounds (including bass, percussion, and brass) to create a full band sound when performing his originals and unique renditions of covers. He regularly performs anything from Stevie Wonder to flamenco music to classical opera. Lukas is continuing his musical education at Berklee College of Music. He enjoys jamming and performing with talented musicians also in the Boston area.
